WotLK Today huge lag spikes lordaeron

I have a problem, i have perfect internet. But today i have huge lags (not playable) on lordaeron while other people do not.
Thing is, it's not mine internet issue, here is what tests i did:

speedtest.net - ping 1ms graph stright line.
torrent download stable 10MB/s
CS:GO smooth

umm check ur firewall allow wow.exe in firewall and if u are w10 user than use letrix latancy fixer it ll script a little in your registry and ur wow will run fine after restart.

Edit:
If its new problem I suggest u to scan ur wow folder and clear cache. gl
