Earlier i was trying to do a quest called The Admiral Revealed, and was forced to abandoned it since the quest giver didnt give me the item i needed to complete it.

Now he doesnt give me the quest anymore. Did i lose the quest forever? Should i try to make a ticket asking to have the quest added to my log, if thats even possible?
