Few questions about Icecrown realm, cant find information

1. When did the realm actually started? I have seen many people in 6,5k gs already
2. Is it hard for new player to begin pvp here?
3. Is there any transfer option from other server available?
4. What experience and drop rates are? cant find info about this
5. Is it true that icecrown is pay to win? If yes - why?
6. Is RDF enabled? or disabled like on Lordaeron?
7. Are raid bosses buffed in some way?
8. Is there any problem with instances, raids? or everything well scripted?
9. Who is winning in pvp most of the time alliance or horde?

1. Icecrown is a merge of 2 realms, Deathwing and Ragnaros. Those 2 realms started around January 2015 and with the merge players kept every items, gear and gold.
2. I guess not, or at leats just like any other realm/server.
3. nope, there isn't any transfer or porting available
4. x7 (x5 reputation, gold, professions). Drop idk, in dungeon/raid is x1 I guess
5. no it is not, everything available on Store is also available in game. The only problem is the queue, you need to donate once to skip it.
6. it's enable on Icecrown
7. No, they are not buffed
8. I do not know
9. I can't confirm but generally speaking since Wotlk Alliance has an higher number of good pvper than Horde

That said if you are interested in PvP you might choose Blackrock, it is instant 80 with free relentelss and wrathful for arena point.
There is more pvp in Blackrock than Icecrown, you can see that by checing 3s ladder of both realm
