Gearing a new Lock (WOTLK)

My lock has recently capped and I'm trying to start with getting him geared.
From what I've read and understand, with a lower GS you want to go Destro, when you start to obtain better gear you will go Afflic if you prefer.
My question is, with items that are easily obtainable like T9, EoT 245's and the BOE items in the AH, what would be best to start with?
This is my first capped warlock so I'm trying to find a guide but nothing I see covers this in particular.
So should I get the 245 Helm or Shoulders then the rest T9, or All T9 and some of the BOE's from the AH? Is T9 worth anything at all?

T9 head, shoulder, hand, chest. Later on swap to t10 in in 2/4 combo.
Tailoring legging and feet (not the spirit ones)
Lady brittle bracers (icc25 boe) or tailoring toc bracers (not the spirit ones)
