    Unlearn goblin or gnomish engineering

    Hello I was wondering if the Book "Soothsaying for dummies" works? It is suposed to let us unlearn either goblin or gnomish engineering. I have talked to the book but nothing happens. I unlearned my engineering 450. Started from 0 again. Now im at engineering 446 and I cant learn any specialization. Besisdes the gold and time I spent lvling it 2 times, I bought 1 primo and with it bought Iceblade Arrow recipe. Seems useless now.
