Same problem also with Crate of Kidnapped Puppies http://www.wowhead.com/item=86570 this item spawn around 5 dogs and each of them deal hits around 8-9k for 10mins...

There is many items like this, quest items and quest rewards which act as guardians, i found a beer keg quest reward and also an incense stick quest item that both fight.

Oh yeah ive seen those.... i guess yeah you could get them banned, i highly doubt those items should work that way.. so is an exploit... earlier today i saw a mage with these puppys,mogu and what not... i guess im going to fill a report just for sciense :P

Well i did my report in the name of science and i was told, that hose are trinkets and that they work corectly =3= soo... i guess im gonna get those trinkets lol

Edit: just befor thise is seen as pottentially misleading, in my case it was puppys and terracotta warrior, which indeed come from trinkets, in the case of the screenshot that was provided here don't think those are trinkets
