i am trying to make a support ticket about a lost donor account but on the support tab i have only "ban appeal" category. How do i contact the people who can help me?

non-donor can only open ticket about "ban appeal", for any other problem they have to send an email to [email protected].
If you are using a non-donor account you have to contact that email
