    Stuck at retrieving character list

    Hi I'm logging in into the realms but I'm stuck at retrieving character list.... any ideas what is going on?

    I've got the same problem for about 4 days now. Moreover, when I finally manage to load my characters I would get stuck in loading screen forever/disconnected/ unable to see NPCs or other players in the game.

    Having the same problem. After sitting on retrieving character list for a while I just get disconnected. Tried a few things like checking open ports, deleting the usual folders and redownloading the whole thing.
