Pandaria Leatherworking embrossments fail to upgrade

Hi there,

I was leveling my LW skill to 600 in order to enchant my bracers.
As you can see in the screenshot i added, my skill is at 600/600 while the enchant requires 575 in order to upgrade to MOP level enchant, from 130 STR to 500

It's not a visual bug, i checked by changing enchants and the amount of STR added is 130.

Is this a known problem? wouldn't enjoy dropping my LW and leveling a new prof

Relog and scroll it down a bit, there should be 500 stat embossments that work :)
