Technical Downloaded the game but it wont start

This pops out when i try launching the game, i did as it says, started wow in admin mode but still the same message appears. Can you recommend me some solutions for this problem, thanks!

follow these steps:
1) Restart your PC
2) close your Torrent client and move your WoW folder away from your Torrent's download destination
3) now right click on WoW folder> Properties> remove "read-only". Just like in this gif:

I have this same issue. I restarted my computer, uninstalled my utorrent client, and I checked the properties. It never even had "read-only" checked, so I don't really understand what I'm doing wrong here.
