WotLK Ashen Band of Endless Destruction

So as the title says it's a problem with Ashen Band of Endless Destruction Ring from Icrcrown Citadel Reputation for being Exlated with The Ashen Verdict.
The problem is that I bought Char on the Trade Market with removed ring and now when I entered to Icecrown Citadel I SHOULD be able to get it back after speaking with Ormus the Penitent and he's not giving me anything! What to do now?

Go in-game and make a ticket to a GM and mention what you said here and they can fix the issue for you.

I DID! They said they can't do anything about it... So WTF?!

Make another ticket and mention that the character had the ring before hand and you bought it without it. They should reset it for you so you can go get it again.
