Technical WoW folder is read only

I downloaded the MoP torrent from the site and started the game, the game starts and work fine, but when it comes to install mods my problem is that the mod configs. won't save, I checked around and discovered that the WoW folder is "read only"

I tried unchecking like most folders and click ok, the operation looks like success but when I check again the read only check is active again :(

I need help I've tried everything I can't use mods because of this, I even moved the folder to desktop but no luck, tried an "take ownership" script and it didn't work, I'm out of idead, someone else had the same problem?

follow these steps:
1) Restart your PC
2) close your Torrent client and move your WoW folder away from your Torrent's download destination
3) now right click on WoW folder> Properties> remove "read-only".
