Worgen starter quest is bugged

Gasping for Breath is bugged. The Drowning Watchman are unclickable and pretty much gets all new worgen stuck. Please help.

Hey!

Yeap it's solvable!
So there are two main problems i faced

1) Can't pick up the watchman
Yes, some of them just don't work, but there are plenty around, swim around and keep trying.
Also, sometimes you click on them and they don't appear on your shoulder, but look out for the timer (looks like a spell buff) on the top right of your screen, just on the left of your minimap that will appear (starting at 3min) if you see that appear, means you got the guy. Just swim away back to the quest dude and the guy will appear on your shoulder after a while

2) Can't deposit the person on your shoulder
There's a certain sweet spot around the quest guy that you have to stand to click and be able to deliver the person. Otherwise, I've found that if I click and walk away the guy gets deposited after a couple steps.
