Bugged acc

Hello, i wanted create new char, I deleted that character 2 times, Because i choose everytime bad class, now i cant use this name again. after 2nd delete it saying "this name is unavailable" is my account bugged? Because now i cant normally delete any character, when i delete some character it doesnt delete instantly, i need log out and in to my acc for refresh, after its finaly deleted, did i bugged my account? Please help i did test and every deleted character in my account have automaticly unavailable name :(

That name which i wanted use for my new character doesnt exist, I know it because i cant add it to my friendlist, so its pure bug :( but it still saying "this name is not unavailable"

(I tested my 2nd acc too and on that acc i can normally delete and create character with same name)
