Pandaria Can't log in on one of my characters

Hi again sorry if this is considered spam but just got another problem in townlong steps. I can't log in on my character who is in there. The loading screen freezes and when i tab out and tab back in it is just a black screen but when i don't tab out and wait in the loading screen nothing happends, it just freezes and i can't close the game unless i use task manager. Would really appreciate if someone could help me.

use website unstuck feature for that character:
From the website go into My Account>Services>Select Realm>Select Character>Set Currency:Free>Character Unstuck
