Technical How to run Wow on Mac

Hello , I just downloaded WOW Lich King for mac but im having trouble running it I have A World of Warcraft file , a world of warcraft launcher , Data folder , Interface folder , WTF folder and a background downloader but when I try t open the world of worcraft files it says this file cant be opened
please help
