Why this quest can't be finished?

Same here, tried doing this quest but you receive a spell from interacting with them but it appears that you cannot drop the soldiers off. Pretty much can't even finish the starting zone with my friend because the quest line is broken; please see about fixing this.

Yeah, I can't finish the quest either, there is no dropping the soldiers one at a time or getting all three at once. You get a buff for carrying the solider but its not counting as rescue. Is there some sort of trick we are missing? Otherwise there is an issue with the quest and its making players stuck from going any farther into the game.

Literally an entire race right now is unable to even leave the starting zone in MOP, are any admins working on fixing this? I'm sitting here talking to dozens of players who have and are coming to this point and can literally do nothing but logout. I'm hearing from several players that this bug has been happening for two days now. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello I have leveled many Panda's out of the zone and that Quest : http://www.wowhead.com/quest=29794/none-left-behind

This quest has always been buggy and hit and miss, sometimes it works and sometimes not. This quest is not Mandatory to complete to get out of the pandaria starting zone. Make sure your low level quest tracking in your mini map is enabled. You should still be able to pick up more quests so you can move forward, Here is the complete list: http://wowwiki.wikia.com/wiki/Wandering_Isle_quests
Some quests are optional not mandatory.

It has been buggy but I have looked into the site and official guides on how it works, the quest is broken. Also I had a GM fix my quest a few hours ago and I can confirm that it is needed to unlock the rest of the quest chain in order to finish the Wandering Isles. However despite me being fixed, the GM only bothered to fix the very few people around (Under 5) before whisking away. I provided usernames of bugged players and they were not fixed so now I'm with other friends, trying in vain to contact GMs. We had 10 Pandas standing around and waiting, hoping that someone would show up only to log off one at a time due to no help whatsoever. We need help here, this quest is broken and there are about x10 people to every one person posting here about the issue; this is not a small bug.

Made a Panda today to test. Confirmed not working. You can not pick up the Soldiers. Not able to pick up the next chain of quests to get out of the starter zone. It was always buggy in the past and you were able to pick up the next quest to complete the Panda starter Zone: http://wowwiki.wikia.com/wiki/Quest:An_Ancient_Evil

Still not working. Shame the reset and maintenance wasn't for this, seems like implementing a work around needs to happen in the mean time. At least 3 stuck pandas here now and it's hardly peak hours.

At this point, since there is no perma fix right now, you have to open a Gm ticket and wait or log out. Keep your Gm ticket open if you log out. Usually within 24 hours the Gm will auto complete: http://wowwiki.wikia.com/wiki/Quest:None_Left_Behind and you can continue the rest of the quest line and get out of the zone.
