Falling through the floor - Looking for a fix? -

So the title says it all - cliché

I keep randomly falling through the floor while I'm on my mount, I walk forward, and usually hit an invisible box. I continue to walk forwards and then i fall underneath the floors of battlegrounds, such as Arathi Basin, Warsong Gulch, Eye of the Storm, and even when I walk about on the floor casually outside of battlegrounds, it also happens. No I am not exploiting with some Noclip thing.

I was just wondering if there was anyway for a fix? I was recommended type a script like repop character or something, but that did no good, anyone?

Clear your cache, I had the same problem while leveling on here and was bugging me to no end. I feel through the earth over 100 times in 30 minutes but luckily as a mage I could blink out around 90% of the time. It got to the point where i would fall through the ground while blink was on cooldown so i was scared to even move until blink was off CD lol.

Very annoying bug, indeed.

Before it happened to me, I thought it was because of some map terrain outside of BGs, since it never happened to me before inside of them (unless blink or charge). But when it finally happened inside, I was really AMAZED how easy it was for me to fall to emptiness through the floor and without using any spells, only with just walking around. Fortunately, I read the solution before somewhere in the forum and it was like the previous player said: Deleting Cache folder.
