Pre Raid Bis prot pala gear

As topic says can you pleae provide me pre raid gears that are obtainable through fos/pos/hor hcs and emblems.

Can you stop spamming the forum asking for things nobody cares about? Just open your goddamn AtlasLoot and search for the items in Heroics... Pre-raid items get replaced in less than a week on WotLK, so don't expect any serious answer.

That doesn't change that these items are really easy to find. "BIS" = defense cap at that gear level. It's not hard to figure out.
Also, the OP mentioned FoS/PoS and whatnot. So Tara's post is completely legit and relevant to the OP.
