My account got stolen

So basically I just got an email, saying that you got a request to change an email on my account. Which I didn't do. Also how the do you let change email on account without an actual activation email or something. Anyways, email was changed from my original one to [email protected] or so it says. I don't know what other info I need to provide to prove that it is my account. Will wait to hear from someone who can help me.

2. Send an email to [email protected], they will reset that account to its first email
