Official ST for server restart, opportunity for regular accounts

The thing is that population of wrath servers is to high (In this case i talk about Icecrown which has 12k pps and the que is 1k), i know that someone allready sayed about some "solution" but here is mine:
- Make announcment via server message when the server is going offline
-I suggest 2 phases of server restart, first one goes on 3:00 ST PM, and the second goes after 3 hours 6:00 ST PM
I choosed these timers cuz it has the most of population playing on it.
I find this solution as harmless, it will give opportunity to regular players to join, it will also remove inactive players who just logged on their account to safe spot.
P.S I am a premium account, but i also have regular accounts that i want to log in.

On topic: I support this as it removes AFK people who just sit on their mammoth in dalaran on top of the mailbox.

That's the point of server restart, most active people to get inside

I have 2 contributor accounts, a premium and a normal... and I'm not even trying... or in fact using considering 98% of my playing is in cata

you having 4 accounts isn't warmanes problem. most have 1 or 2 max.

same effective style as currently hyped Overwatch... pay once play forever... is it that hard to donate 10€ per acc once?

I don't see how restart - reboot of 5 mints will affect players so much. PvE pps they will just wait for restart and continue with bosses, PvP no que at exact time and reque after 5 mints. Same goes for everyone
