Deadly gladiator offset vendor

The deadly gladiator offset gear vendor is gone (on horde side). Is it a mistake or it should be like that??

Yes, would be nice to know when it gonna get fixed, a GM removed NPC for no reason. Made a ticket 2 days ago, and the answer from probably other GM was that he gonna look into it. 2 days later still no NPC back... I should add that I just checked ALLIANCE side and they have the deadly gladiator NPC.
