Got a question about Frenzyheart Rep

So after doing a few quests trying to get some Frenzyheart rep eventually planning on going to the Oracles, I get to the quest Lightning Definitely Doesn't Strike Twice. I'm supposed to place some Skyreach Crystal Clusters at the base of the weather shrine in Mist Whisper village.

The problem is, when I place the crystal down, nothing shows up at all. I'm supposed to smash the crystal, but there's nothing. I've tried tons of different angles to place it, and I got nothing. Any help?

You are not alone - I'm having the same problem. There should be appearing a big crystal cluster when you use the quest item. But nothing shows up.
