Ammen Vale Quests

Hello, i am a Human Warrior and i have a problem!
I did the quests in Elwynn Forest and in Westfall. Later i decided to try all starting places and did the quests in Dun Morogh and in Loch Modan.
Today when i went to Azuremist Isle, there were no quests in Ammen Vale! I Googled about this and it sais i can do them, not all of them, but there is none there!
I need help with this please i don't know what to do, i have a problem like i need to do all the quests, it's making me not want to play just knowing something is wrong and that i may face more problems like this!
I always complete all quests in the games i play, and when i play this i feel the need to!
Please help.

You must start the zone from the very beginning, by what I mean the quest with which draenei begins.

The start zone is called Ammen Vale in Azuremist Isle, the problem is there are no quests there for me!

My guess is because it's BC starting area. Do note that one quest requires you to use Gift of the Naaru, the draenei's racial ability. From this alone I can guess that the quests aren't available to non-draenei.

The later quests outside the Vale are available however

Additional Note : NPCs and quests there assume you are a draenei, which you might find odd at times

And it is not a Draenei! The quest to use that ability you said is unique, not all.

The quest called "Replenishing the Healing Crystals" has two versions, one for draenei and another for any race.
The version im supposed to have sais:
"We are the draenei. Our ship crashed and, since we have many wounded, our immediate concern is the depleted state of our healing crystals. We must replenish them quickly!"

Please say something about this, i don't see any quests there, i need help!

I seen many reports and some seem to be from 10 months ago!
When i created mine it doesn't appear on the front page, how can i have hope this will be fixed soon?
It might not be a priority compared to some reports, but it is important to me just like a raid is to all other players.
