I used to play a while back. about a year or so ago. I'm trying to get back into it but I can't get on Frostwolf because it's always saying it's offline. I've been trying for the last few days to no avail. Anyone know what the issue is? I'm running MoP 5.4.8 and using the same login creds as I use to log in on this site.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Can't log onto Frostwolf. Realm is always showing as 'Offline'

usually the "offline" issue happens to who is still using old 5.4.2 client.
when did you get your "5.4.8" client?

Yes, you're right. I was running 5.4.2. Not sure what made me think I was running the current one. Thanks.

ok, now you have 3 different options:
1) go here: https://www.warmane.com/download and get full 5.4.8 client by selecting "Mist of Pandaria"
2) or by selecting "MoP minimal", it is a 16MB installer which let you play and download the game at same time
3) if you are using 5.4.2 WITHOUT WoD models then you can Upgrade it to 5.4.8 by following this easy guide: http://forum.warmane.com/showthread.php?t=319716
