Technical Latency & Random connection issues

Hi,

I am facing some random spikes and a raised latency since last 2-3 weeks. Firstly i thought its some issue with my ISP, then i checked on with the tech team from my ISP and tested my pings for other servers which are totally fine. Then i updated all my drivers etc, fragmented disks, cleaned up a lot of stuffs, re-installed WOW, tried changing DNS even but the issue still exists.
Then i checked on other guys and it seems like Warmane servers have started to give this issue to most players from asian regions since past a few days including the issues of being stuck on "connected" after logging in.

Please can any tech guy or stafff help me out or check on the issue for server connectivity ?
If you want i can provide the trace routes even to the realm IP.

prior ping : 120-135 MS
Ping atm : 340-360 MS [Not playable in raids]
Realm : Lordaeron/Icecrown
