Cataclysm 3k ms on Neltharion vs 20 ms on Warsong

Hey fallas! The last week I've been having insanely massive lags on Neltharion while im outside Stormwinde, in bgs and in arenas. I have never had this kind of problem with lag before on warmane, and it got started out of nowhere actually.

The thing is that i have 3k ms constantly on Neltharion while I got 20-30 ms on Warsong all the time.

Anybody knows whats up with this?
