i have donated for 50 euros but coins havent reached me yet..

anyway this is what you can do ( source: http://forum.warmane.com/showthread.php?t=251689 )
Create a support ticket* with the following information:
Warmane account name
Method of donation
Email on the payment processor account
TransactionID / OrderID
Amount donated
Date of donation

*If you can not create support ticket bcause you are not Premium yet then you can send an email to [email protected] instead

If I am not worng in case of "bank payments" it might take a few days
