"Error creating character"

Hey mates im just new to the server and try to create a character on Icecrown, well yes I´m trying.
Im trying becuse after many times, my names were given already, i finally found a free one.
But instead of creating my character the only thing that happens is a ingame error that shows me "Error creating character", so i bet for some help guys
i dunno whats to do and i´d really like to start ^.^

it is becuase of the WoD models. Pick a different hair style
