WOTLK Realm question

I heard that Lordereon has some custom stuffs like, some bosses have custom buffs on. Does Icecrown(realm) has them, or its just as it should be (normal).

Icecrown bosses have no custom buffs, but do have increased gold, rep and xp rates for example.
