Well, why do arena teams have to start from zero if the arena points rewarded are the same for any rating between 0 - 1500 ? Why must one waste so much time to start actual progression?
If I am not mistaken, I think in retail arena teams started from 1500. So why not do the same here? I really hope that you guys change that since it really mean nothing but kind of waste time. Personally, I think it really does not serve any good purpose but a waste of time.

I think that this was made like that for newbies to separeate abit from geared and skilled players. It would be really discouraging for like players with less than 5k gs to do arenas(wotlk atleast).

I don't think so since there is MMR. And still, people drop their MMR many times to face lower gear / skill players. Plus, newbies or bad geared people will drop below 1500 rating and they will eventually face similar teams while they are still sitting around 1000-1300 rating.

teams starting at 1500 rating was removed early in wotlk, hence starting at 0 rating is blizzlike in 3.3.5.

Well, okay, but lets be honest after all. This isn't blizzlike server. Many things are modified and changed into something different, so why not change something that is positive?

if they for some reason would do that they would have to increase the rating requirement for everything alot, else it would be kinda stupid since you could just make a fresh team and already be eligible for wrathful legs/gloves/belt/boots.

Hello, i wanna ask is when u make new arena team and make 10 arenas, u get same arena points like until 1000 rate, then 1000+ rate u get more points ? Cuz on the arena points calculator when i type like 50 rate it show 19 points. Maybe i am wrong but i think it was same points until 1000 rate.

till 1,5k it gives 261, if I'm not mistaken.

Ye till 1500, also is it the same on 3v3 and 5v5 to give same arena point till 1500 rate ? And if i make new arena team is it necessary to have at least one win from these 10 arenas ?
