Where to train weapon skills?

Hello community.

I've tried to train my sword weapon skills, but it won't seem to raise when I attack monsters. I've tried everything from low-level mobs to 60+ mobs, but it just stays at 1/400.

Does anyone have a suggestion where to try next?

Attack mobs around your current level, like 77-80 I'd say
