Map and zone Levels in Wotlk

This was implemented in Cataclysm, not completely sure though. Still for new players it's a bit annoying not knowing where to go to quest and lvl up. So how hard would it be to simply put the level ranges of the zones on the map? I guess most people don't really need it but some do, like me x) I thought of using mods but found none.

believe that is more client-side so an addon would make more sense

There should be a lot of viable levelling addons out there

Mind you that classic contents may vary. Like Hillsbrad being mostly viable for 25-35 for alliance, and probably much much lower for Horde. And you don't go to the Blackwater quest area and Myzrael (both in Arathi) until you're like level 40s. And don't even get me started with Blasted Lands.

It can not be done, you will have to use addons.
