I can't see it all too well, but I believe that is Century Gothic Bold.

Nope its not century gothic ,I tried to find in sans fonts but nearly some letters like A , B and F and small font of a,g are different , anyway thnx for reply ,
still need help from u guys , if anyone know plz post the name of it :)
