Hello all. Why is problem my char lvl 77 i cant join WG battle ? On other servers was play i could get into battle lvl 75 + so im asking is buggy or what is this goin on ?

Well its not a error message. Like always says : " You cannot que Wintergrasp for this time. You will be allowed to que shortly before the battle starts " And doesnt matter I cant before que and also cant que when WG starts.
