i just want to ask why every time i want to sell a chart i can't change the price of it it keep changing to 167 and i want to sell it for 75

Because we determine the minimum price, based on the costs of everything the character has in relation to our Marketplace prices.

There is fixed minimum price based on your gear etc. You cannot go lower than this price.
