As the title says, am i the only one who hears glitch sound when starting up World of Warcraft (WOTLK)?

Few days ago i had Win 7 and no glitch sound, yesterday i did clean install of Win 10 and the glitch sounds pops when i start the game.

Any idea what could cause the noise?

Btw i'm an old player just got back for some pve actions. Cheers
