Pandaria Starting Bug ?

Every time I open the game it requires me to agree with terms and conditions over and over again and my options and saved name are ereased and I have to do it again. I would apricieate if you could help me out

Follow these steps:
1) Restart your PC
2) close your Torrent client and move your WoW folder away from your Torrent's download destination
3) now right click on WoW folder> Properties> remove "read-only".
