1. Que time on Icecrown & perk of being Premium

    Ello.

Had this thought for a while (since the Icecrown sunndely went over 12.000)

I've been playing @Retail since late 2006. Since my main realm was highly populated Outland [EU] we had long account queue line (2.500+) although everyone of us were/was monthly/yearly subscribed to the game.

On Icecrown, premiums get to Insta log into a game regardless of how many accounts are in Queue. Magic.

    For example.

Icecrown current activity 12.000 & 1300 in Queue = Server full.

By the Blizzard server settings if the server exceeded it's capacity auto queue has to turn on immediately regardless of anything, which means who ever logs will end up in queue. (Premium or non premium, subscriber or trial).

However on Icecrown I have 3 premium accounts. (Small donations 10 euros or so). & 4 non premium.

So how am I able to skip 12.000 accounts logged in + 1300 accounts in queue with my ''Premium'' status, if the server has exceeded it's capacity (And can not accept more live accounts without live que mode).

So it's either that Icecrown's population is between 8 - 9.000 with room of 4.000 slots for premium accounts or i just magically expand the server slot host with my 10 euro donation.

    Please, Elaborate if you can.

Disregard grammar mistakes if there's any.

  2. The total capacity is around 13k is my guess, but the gap is left for premium accounts, so they would be able to receive the perk. So it's 12k + 1k in case someone premium logs in. Why can't expand the capacity to 13k then? Excactly for this very reason - so that premiums could receive the perk.

    Simply put , it's magic .

  4. Or it's a bit more simpler version by kicking AFK-ers out including Character Selection AFK-ers or even maybe random dcs to players.. but who knows, until/if someone from staff actually replies :)
