[MoP] Huge frame drops?

Hey all,

I've been playing on frostwolf for a long time, and i always had 80+ fps on high graphics, but about a week ago when i launched the game after some time of not playing, i barely got 15fps on high graphics, and maybe 25 on fair/low.

There are no background processes running except skype (wich normally isn't a problem). Does anyone know what could be the problem?
