problem in MOP 5.4.8 launching

I recently installed MOP 5.4.8 and it isn't working nor launching .... i don't know what to do
it took me 1 week downloading the game and eventually it isn't working ... Please i need your help <3
is there files i need to add or move from the past patch or something ?

Follow these steps:
1) Restart your PC
2) close your Torrent client and move your WoW folder away from your Torrent's download destination
3) now right click on WoW folder> Properties> remove "read-only".
