Game ptroblems

I just installed Wrath (old), I launch it, enter my details then it says 'downloading patch' it then says I need to restart so I click restart and it opens up a new window that says downloading some 3.3.x 4.x.x.x.x something like that and it is 0/73MB but it wont download this file. Any help?
