Dk number per server.(wotlk)

Hello there I would like to hear from some people their experience. I made a death knight on my account and now i want to make another one , yet the game doesnt let me. And i know for a fact many people have more then 1 of them per server so how is this possible? Tryed ingame ticket but no help there , stating about blizzard and ignoring half of the ticket. http://imgur.com/a/cMzze
So if anyone has any ideas or experience how some can make more then one i would love to hear it.

Premium accounts can create multiple death knights. Regular accounts have the original limitations from retail - only 1 death knight after reaching level 55 on another character.

Yea. Problem fixed , thanks one more time :D And special thanks to the gm involved in the ingame ticket couldnt have done it without him ;)
