Forum Kidnapped Puppies and Tranquil Growth on BG's

hello,
i recently joined a BG's but other faction was using this item Kidnapped Puppies and Tranquil Growth on the BG's but as i know it only able to summon 1 creature for each item so if some one using both it will be just spawn 2 creatures, but some one on the BG's are spawn so many of it, make difficult to target the owner, and it hit so hard if it all hit 1 target and make the target instant die. i suppossedly unable to add the screenshoot to proof it. but the main question i want to ask is, is it allowed to use that item and summon so many creatures at once while on BG's or arena's?
