Well,

I have seen people get banned for racism, I have seen people get banned for disrespecting staff and so on. However, both alliance and horde has too toxic community who keep offending certain religion or certain people. I kept reporting these things, but GM always told me to use "ignore." Why not ban them like others ? I had encountered many similar and worse comments, yet again! I was told to simply use ignore. How can I use ignore if trade chat being spammed 24/7 with this filth and toxic people? Are you ever gonna PUT an end to this ????

Here is a screenshot about one of those toxic people who simply sits in a capital and spam trade chat non stop with this filth. I have reported him multiple times, one GM told me to ignore, another told me it has been taking care of but 3 hours later I see him on trade still !

That has nothing to do with it. It's more of people taking a shot at getting attention by bringing up stereotypes. I see every race/religion being discriminated against equally. Maybe sometimes more on one day than the other, but it all adds up about the same.

It's a shame that they are not being punished while others have been.
