Now what?

Anybody here from Neltharion with the same problem?
I went to Warsong, checked my character and then just deleted it, because I don't feel like playing that class on Neltharion.

However, since I do not have any characters it sends me to the character creation screen..... there is no "switch realm" button on there. Here on warmane we have this annoying bug, that always existed but no one bother reporting probably (including me).

Once you press "back" you are disconnected from the server. This is a problem, because I can not log in to cataclysm anymore now with this client.
Creating a character isn't an option either, because it has been disabled.
Anyone has any ideas?

Change the realmlist. then put it back to logon.warmane.com

that works... or look around to find where warsong is written in a settings file and change/delete it

Hello

I was checking to see if I had any old characters on Warsong Realm. Now I am unable to see the realm list on any of my accounts, to change it back to Neltharion. The login screen shows it greyed out in the back ground not able to get to it. I tried to click back button, but it just disconnects me.

UPDATE PLEASE CHECK THIS POST I did some research on my own. This may not work for everyone but it helped me.

I'm new as well, i just logged on today.

I had the exact same problem as you, and i scoured the forum for help. No one knew anything.

So, i did something that EVERYONE tells you not to.


I logged in with my e-mail or user ID.

What i did is type in my e-mail or user ID and password, and press log in. It should take you to "Updating 0%" or something like that.

IMMEDIATELY CANCEL IT.

This will take you back to the Log In screen.

Now, put in your normal Username and Password.

Boom, it's working.
