Where does this drop ? I've been trying for days now and wowhead aint really helping. Its the 216 agilty meta gem recipe. I see people see it on AH but ofc no1 ingame want to tell me how they got it. It's every man for himself and non wants to share. Guo-Lai Halls issn't working as it should be...

I did see the dropped by tab but I'm having no luck in getting the recipe. That's why I made this topic. Who actually got the drop and from which mob? Can you confirm that it drops?
