Wow/ERROR#132

I need help, I can not to log one of my characters (his name is Haeger) enters the pinnacle of storms and since then I wow mistake is launching ERROR132 # but only with that character as this is in the same account.

ERROR #132 (0x85100084) Fatal exception! ..this message i had last week aswell,so i opened an ticked in game with other char and gm's fixed it,got ported from HS location to faction town(Orgrimar or SW)
