Pandaria Cant log in Frostwolf

i played in Frostwolf the last year, and now, for some reason, when i try to log in, it says that the server is offline, i had too many characters there, how can i solve this problem?

In case you are not a donor there is a good chance your characters are all deleted when you are inactive for a long time. There is a cleanup from time to time because else the user database would inflate with dead accounts
