It's been a long long time since I've havent played WOW, and I am a little currious what happened to my old account, I used to play on Cata Neltharion, when it still was molten, but now I wanted to rejoin and as I noticed my account is no more on those servers. Maybe someone can explain what really happened and if there is any chance to get my account back? Not interested to start over from 0, as my character was Pala +/- 405ilvl with Donor statuss...

So where could I get any help or refund?
Everything we can, such as refunding 100% of coins ever donated back to community accounts, instant level-ups, starting gear, boosts etc. We are working to come up with a refund and boost system help us to mitigate the damage, and later today, open forums for feedback, backlash and answers to any discussions.
